Each playground we service can receive a maintained file — the Playground Surface Passport — that tracks the surface system, its service history, its conditions and its records over the life of the surface.
For a commercial customer with multiple locations, this becomes a portfolio management product — not a cleaning route. When Licensing asks for your playground surfacing documentation, you should not be searching old emails and filing cabinets.
